Women’s Beginner Triathlon Programme

This is the perfect opportunity for women who are new to triathlon to participate in a six week training programme.

During these six weeks you will be following a coached programme with plenty of support. The aim will be to complete your first triathlon at Tri Athy on the 3rd of June.
Sessions will be hosted by 3D Triathlon Club, Piranha TC and T3.
