You must have paid club membership to attend this training!
Bookings will be checked against those present at sessions, but this has to operate on a trust-basis - if people do not pay for the sessions then we have to stop having them.
Check the training calendar and training updates on WhatsApp to see when sessions are on.
Tuesday 7pm - Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced.
Some lanes are allocated to less experienced swimmers, but…
You must be comfortable out of your depth in water and be able to repeat 50m sets without stopping (& a minimum of 4 lengths without a break).
We can’t facilitate people less experienced than this.
