• Thursdays, 8pm to 9pm. Luke St, Dublin 2

• Open to 3D members only

• You must have paid club membership to attend this training!

• Bookings will be checked against those present at sessions, but this has to operate on a trust-basis - if people don’t pay for the sessions then we have to stop having them.

• Check the training calendar and training updates on WhatsApp to see when sessions are on.

• You must be comfortable out of your depth in water and be able to repeat 100m sets without stopping.
