3D Triathlon Club is organizing its annual training week-end on Saturday 11/05 and Sunday 12/05 in Dublin. Join fellow club members for a dynamic blend of swimming, cycling, and running sessions with a social inbetween!

Location: Sport Ireland Campus & National Aquatic Centre

• Performance Nutrition talk

• Coached swim clinic

• Coached bike-run-transition

Followed by a social (pizzas & pints) - 6pm to 8pm

Location: BoCo, 57 Bolton Street - Dublin 1

Sunday 12/05 - 9.30am

Location: Papal cross car park in Phoenix Park

• Group cycle (two levels, all abilities)
